This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://sunmanint.uk.

1. Your Right to Return

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unworn

• All original tags must be attached

• Items must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be returned if they:

• Show signs of wear, washing, or damage

• Are returned after the 14-day return window

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sunmanint@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled case by case. We will inform you of the return method and responsibility once your request is reviewed.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are issued within 7 working days after inspection.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
